The Council on Aging of Ottawa (COA) convened a meeting with community organizations who are concerned about long-term care (LTC) in Ottawa. The purpose of this meeting was to share ideas and perspectives on how to build trust within the system as well as issues organizations considered important and urgent to change in LTC.
