Community Connections

Providing navigation and warm referrals, together with volunteers for social visiting, for older adults in Eastern Ontario.

EntourAge

An Intergenerational program for students, who are trained in companionship and then matched with people living with dementia.

Education and training initiatives are developed based on the learning needs of the staff from our member organization’s.
