The Champlain Dementia Network (CDN) offers an essential connection between caregivers, researchers, and healthcare providers who provide dementia care in eastern Ontario. The CDN aspires to strategically affect regional as well as provincial policy and plans in order to bring dementia care to the forefront of Ontario health priorities.
