Flexibility, Innovation, and Hope: A Person-Centered Strategy for Respite Options in the Champlain Region

In the fall of 2016, the membership of the Champlain Dementia Network (CDN) and the Champlain Community Support Network (CCSN) jointly committed to developing a multi-year strategy to enhance the availability of respite options to people living with dementia and their caregivers across the region.
