Advocacy Matters. Elections provide a meaningful opportunity for every member of the public to use their vote to voice their opinion on issues that matter to them. Educating candidates is never a waste of time. Even if they are not elected, they will have a better understanding of dementia issues and will take that with them wherever they go next.
